Our mission is to provide a transparent and realistic representation with verified in-person metrics to find the perfect match between athletes and sports organizations through electronic performance testing and evaluation. Whether you're a youth, high school, college, or professional athlete, Xtra Scouts LLC will not only test your athletic skill set, but we'll also evaluate your playing abilities as well as your functional movements. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every client and will customize our services to their individual needs.
A BIT ABOUT THE TEAM
The Start
Jarrett Jordan and John Miller met while coaching at Sierra College, a California Community College Athletic Association member school. While at Sierra, Jarrett coached quarterbacks and running backs, and John specialized in sharpening the route mechanics for the wide receivers. They found that their coaching expertise complemented each other's style, inseparable during that time. Jarrett and John became eager to cultivate an entity that would effectively use their knowledge while helping athletes. Understanding how laser timing technology has changed how athletes can distinguish themselves from others, they decided to specialize in performance testing and evaluation that focuses on helping underserved athletes display their talent. That entity became Xtra Scouts LLC.
